Returns & Reality Checks 💙 (aka the fine print)

Our bamboo drops are made in small, limited runs—which is a fancy way of saying once they’re gone, they’re gone.  We can’t casually replace everything like a giant corporation with a warehouse the size of Costco.

Because of that, all sales are final. We’re not accepting returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges at this time.

Before you click checkout in a caffeine-fueled haze, please double-check sizing, colors, and product details to make sure everything is exactly what you want.

Now, if your order shows up damaged, incorrect, or looking like it lost a fight with USPS, email us at questions@livelyandblue.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right faster than you can accidentally spend $200 at Target.

Preorders will ship on or before the listed date.
