Shipping + Returns (aka the fine print)
Returns
Because hygiene matters (and we know you don't want someone else’s drawers), some items are final sale—no take backs.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
Not eligible for return (aka don’t even try it):
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Blankets (unless defective — and no, shipping damage doesn’t count)
• Loveys
• Underwear
• Items without tags and/or original packaging
• Items marked below retail price
• Seasonal prints
Any items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are FINAL SALE. No returns. No refunds. No exceptions.
For defective items, you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase to get things moving.
Once a return label is issued, you’ve got 10 business days to get it scanned by the carrier. After that, it expires and we all move on.
Returns over $200 will be issued as store credit and include a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping isn’t free, friend:
• Minimum $5 deducted from your refund
• If it costs more than $5, the actual label cost will be deducted
International Returns
Email us at questions@livelyandblue.com to start your return.
International customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the verdict.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs (both original + return) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You’ve got 10 days from delivery to report issues.
Inventory moves fast (like, really fast), so if we can’t replace your exact item, you’ll receive store credit.
Order Cancellations
We move quick over here—orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Preorders
All preorders are FINAL SALE.
No cancellations. No size changes. No take-backs.
Your item is made specifically for you, so once it’s ordered, it’s happening.
Preorders will ship on or before the listed date.
Please allow up to 10 business days past that date before reaching out.
If you order ready-to-ship items with a preorder, everything ships together when the preorder is ready.
Product Flaws
Got an issue? Let us know within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With tags + original packaging
We’ll send a return label, inspect the item, and either replace it or refund you.
No tags = no return. We don’t make the rules… okay, we do. But still.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted.
We recommend using tracked shipping or insurance—we can’t guarantee your return makes it back safely.
